Description: Call for Submissions <br /><br />Poetry journal scheduled to launch in January 2006 now accepting submissions for inaugural issue. Mission: develop and maintain accessible literary journal for publication of well-crafted poems that stand as examples of depth and artistic integrity. Encourage both emerging and established artists in their endeavors. <br /> <br />Poems of any reasonable length accepted. No reading fee. Send no more than 3 poems at a time in any 30-day period unless requested. If poems are long and you send submissions as separate e-mails, put artist’s name and 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc. in subject line. Sorry, attachments will not be opened - paste into e-mail. <br /><br />Putting last touches on web design, and trying to garner funds so artists can be paid even a token amount for their talents. For now,offer publication on site with short bio,and undying gratitude for giving a fledgling journal a chance. <br /><br />Subcutaneous is a poetry journal dedicated to works that get under the skin.
