Yeah, I didn't want to go into lots of detail because, well, that's what the book's for. I can see making love your most important value, or trying to treat everyone in your life with love, and so on. But becoming love? But I'm glad you told us all five secrets, because someone else reviewing this only mentioned the living in the moment thing.
