It is so nice to read such clear reviews about books. Thanks for saving everyone the time it takes to research quality books.

Dr. Wolfe is dead on about the stereotyping of vegetarianism.

"Vegetarianism should be used as a term to describe health consciousness, not just an absence of meat."

It's so interesting to me that eating is something different to every person. Some people eat for nourishment while others eat socially. Eating disorders and overeating are common in America with all types of people. We have so much to choose from when it comes to eating and Dr. Wolfe health consciousness can easily be applied all the way across the board as a definition of why we eat what we eat and when.

Eva: I hope you enjoy it! I know I did. :D

Kim: I think it's great that even folks like us who aren't willing to stop eating meat can make a difference to themselves, animals, and the environment by reducing their consumption and being careful in their choices.
