And I am a sucker for almost any type of pie. I have a really good pecan pie recipe from my grandmother that I always make at Thanksgiving, along with my regular pumpkin, too! I now have to check out the book about baking with agave nectar, because I use it as a sweetener but had never thought to bake with it! Thanks! I love my Emile Henry pie dish, too!
