We recommend buying this item on sale or at a discount store (which is what we did) when possible. While it’s worth every penny of its high price, it still has a high price.
I honestly can’t recommend the KitchenAid Epicurean 6 quart stand mixer highly enough. It’s a real workhorse, a sturdy machine that will more than do its duty in the kitchen.
We’re totally satisfied with our new food processor, and we’re definitely enjoying it!
The mixer is lightweight, easy to use, safe, good-looking, and very handy. I highly recommend it for kitchen tasks that don’t require the power of a stand mixer.
Just like the old Mini-Prep, this one has a very handy use: small amounts of salad dressing or ingredients can be tough to process in a huge food processor, and who wants to clean all that real estate for six basil leaves? The Mini-Prep plus will handle small amounts of foods just wonderfully.
