Errant Thoughts

Wow… I never imagined

markovincognita: OOC liek whoa.

When I created my pdf of 365 character questions, I imagined people sitting down and filling out two to five questions to help them explore a character. I could see ten, or even twenty, if you were feeling particularly inspired. But all 365?! That takes a special kind of fortitude and inspiration.

I’ve been pretty stunned by the popularity of that download (which you can find here)–I’d say it gets downloaded a minimum of 500 times a week, and sometimes more like 1500-2000, even though it’s been up since November of 2005 (almost eight months!). I hope that people continue to find it useful!

I am still slowly working on more, although that occasionally gets temporarily derailed by other projects and issues. Someone asked me to write one with plot questions (hi! I promise I’ll write back to you eventually!), which is of course a great idea. For the moment, you can find near-daily exercises, prompts and warm-ups in the Epiphanies.
