		<description>Supposedly the effectiveness of caffeine is partially genetic---a certain portion of the population just metabolizes coffee faster. Me, I'm in the group that can't have much. More than two cups in a day---three at most and on rare occasions---and I will probably have troubles with acid stomach, insomnia, and/or shakiness.</description>

		<description>You should try making a pitcher of feetea (tea + coffee), like I've got. Double the caffeine, double the fun. =)

Really though, caffeine doesn't affect me. Perhaps it's because I've lived all my life on 2-5 cokes per day, and come from a family that never turns off the coffeemaker. Even my little 90-year-old grandma (she's just as short as you, btw) still drinks coffee and bottled Coca-Cola all day long.</description>
