Melody: We definitely do most of our cooking on the weekends, but we try to fit a few simple recipes into the weekdays too. Luckily one of those two bread cookbooks works well for that...

Kristy: Lol, I know what you mean!

Chris: Seriously, give Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day a try. Read the instructions through thoroughly, and then give it a shot. It's a very simple method, and it produces incredible bread.

I'm crazy about cookbooks. I could read them for hours. I just need to spend more time cooking. LOL.

I have a few cookbooks that I have yet to look through... anyway I hardly cook except during the weekends. However, if time permits I'd love to attend a baking class.

I'll hopefully be posting reviews of the bread books next week, since I plan to do quite a bit with them this weekend. I already made my first batch of dough from the artisan bread book. I didn't have a properly-sized plastic container to keep it in in the fridge, so I settled on cutting the top off of a gallon water-jug. It's perfect.

I just heard about the artisan bread book and instantly sent details to both sons. We're all dying to try it. Shall read your review on Wild Game cooking too. I do enjoy reading about cooking. Happy baking!
