I did a double batch of stew in the crock pot last night, to be delivered to two friends who have both recently gotten out of hospital... it didn&#039;t thicken, and I needed a solution, QUICK!   This saved the day... and about $30 worth of ingredients and an hour of chopping!  :)   Thank you, thank you!!</description>
