An initial foray into the nexus between the many worlds that reside in my imagination. Comments on daily life in the multiverse. Occasional wisdom. Candid observations. Popcorn.

Interviewing is pain. I still do it from time to time even when I'm not looking for a gig. The non pain part is meeting new folks, getting a line on new technology and inovative viewpoints on stuff I've been doing for years. Still it's a draining and tiring process fraught with conflict on ones own wants and needs. Desire to have a gig that one enjoys strains under the pressure of making sufficient cash and fitting correctly into the real world.

Fun is huge. Fun is often rare. Fun is found in unlikely places with unlikely people. Fun emanates from within while walking the tightrope of the the imaginary and the "too real". Fun is as much mindset as circumstance. Fun makes me work harder and keeps me focus'd.

But in the end what's really fun ... is getting paid.

Oh look, a snowflake! Let me drive my car into something…” Never a t rueer statment. I live in Indiana. I just shake my head when it snows here. First those who drive too slow for the conditions. Those who go to fast chasing that Snowflake you commented about. Those that know how to drive in Snow.

Good Luck on Getting a Job that matches your priority list.

Most of us never know what we want to be when we grow up, or if we do, the best way to get there. I'm still looking. The nice (and scary) thing about a job/career/life after the miliary is that, in the end, the decisions are yours (with a little help from family and friends).

had an opportunity to see the basement this weekend -- looks great

 thanks for the popcorn :-]

*fingers crossed that you get an awesome, high-paying job, close to home*

The husbands' co-op is a great idea. What a fantastic way to accomplish more in less time! Jeff & I have always found that chores go much more than twice as fast (or easily) when we do them together.

I was starting to think that some thing odd had happened to you.

Well, odd is a relative term.

I need to write up my bad month on my blog as well.
