Meusli

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 medium apples, grated and sprinkled with lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup honey (or less if you’re using particularly sweet apples such as Red Delicious)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Eat for breakfast the next morning.
